Products and platforms built end-to-end — from early-stage MVPs to design systems and data-driven apps.

Engaged with the Phindyr team during their early build phase to validate product-market fit and conduct a comprehensive UX audit. Modeled their solution end-to-end, producing a concrete set of UML deliverables for their integrator — including an ERD, comprehensive system diagram, and sequence diagrams covering key product interactions — to precisely encapsulate MVP requirements. Beyond the strategic and architectural work, identified significant inefficiencies in their vendor pipeline — the quotes they had received were substantially overpriced — and introduced them to AI-native engineering partners from my network who delivered a fully customized technical stack at less than one-fifth the cost of the lowest competing bid.
Helped save them of 80% on their build and refined their MVP to something launchable quickly
A data analytics platform for motocross and supercross racing. Aggregates historical race results, rider stats. Gives race visualizations for motocross that do not exist anywhere else.
Launched a full-stack product from zero used by thousands of fans each race weekend.

A competitive gaming platform for dirt bike and motorsport fans. Includes leaderboards, Spread-Em game, and community features. This site was built in conjunction with Main-Event Moto.
Built end-to-end in under 2 months, onboarding hundreds of users in the first week.
Led the design and implementation of a modern UI stack built on Remix and React.js, employing a strangler fig pattern to allow Junction's existing site to remain fully operational while the new stack was introduced incrementally — cutting over route by route with no disruption to live traffic. A key technical challenge was getting the new UI to own the header, footer, and session integration while seamlessly serving the legacy UI within the frame — achieved through standard UI composition patterns. Delivered a working POC, then led the hiring process to bring on a frontend software engineer to own the codebase and carry the implementation forward.
A functioning starting point for their engineering staff to continue their migration incrementally.
